1. Loan Application form.
2. Personal statement of borrower.
3. Personal statement of guarantor(s).
4. Two coloured recent passport size photograph of borrower and guarantor(s).
5. Copy of latest Income Tax Return.
6. Poof of age/address/PAN card/Mobile No./Telephone No./Electricity bill/ Driving licence/Passport.
7. Education proof
8. Brochure & fees detail with proposed payment schedule
9. Confirm letter/Admission proof (and scholarship letter, if any)
10. Passport/Visa/Air ticket position for abroad.
11. Detail of Property for mortgage

 Title of Property

(i) Valuation report of property
(ii) Legal opinion of property.
